EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Exchanges and refunds are made within 14 working days from the day you receive your package.

Exchange is made with products of equal or greater value. No changes are made to swimwear and accessories for hygiene reasons.

In the case of a change, send the parcel back to us, the shipping costs for changes within Attica are €6 one way and for outside Attica are €7.

Every return is made exclusively through the General Post company.

If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own risk and expense.

In case of a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by our company. The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tags/barcode) must not have been removed.

For reasons of hygiene, no changes are made in underwear, swimwear and accessories.

Products that are on sale cannot be refunded, only exchanged for another product.

In case of a refund, the shipping costs to send us the package are yours.

The refund is made within the next 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The collaborating bank is Alpha Bank, in case of a deposit to a different bank, the transfer is borne by the Beneficiary (Customer) and not the depositor https://www.lakshmishop.gr/ .

No changes are made with the "manual" process for safety reasons, as the quality control of the products is necessary.
